Cavtat you can really give a lot, you can explore hidden coves, walk by the sea in the shade of palm trees and pine trees and enjoy the view of the 15 kilometers away from Dubrovnik, which is easily reached by regular bus and ferry lines. Note you can enjoy alone or to spend time with the recreational sports (diving with bottles, bungee-jumping, tennis, hiking).
Sea-view apartments are just a 350m walking distance from the main Cavtat beach and 500 meters from the medieval town of Cavtat. It has a beautiful view of Cavtat bay and beyond of the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
From our Villa you will walk into the centre along a beautiful coastal path. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the way with breathtaking scenery. Cavtat itself is a beautiful town with a lovely Marina and its lovely to sit in one of the bars and watch all of the boats..
Appt is near the sea, just 8 min walking, but there are also grocery, children playground ... we do not have private pool but hotel swimming pools are near by if you like to use. All in a short walking distance :))
The apartment ensures COMPLETE PRIVACY and comfort. It consists of double bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, kitchen and a living room with terracce/balcony.
The living room comprises of a comfortable sofa ( for 2 persons sleeping ), table, TV, air condition . The kitchen is very sleek and modern and comes fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine) to make your visit more comfortable. Bedroom space consists of a double bed plus one more extra bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom is complete with standard utilities and includes a washing machine and hairdryer.
The apartment has its own parking space. Bed linen and towels are provided. Several restaurants, big supermarket, caffé bars, a fitness center, tennis courts, an aqua sports center and all other facilities are within 10min walking distance from the apartment.
There is a free WiFi in the apartment.
We also offer taxi services and the organization of the trip. To all our dear guests who arrived by car we provide private car parking.
* You can use our transfers from / back to the airport on request for special price.
If you are traveling with a small baby you provide cot and feeding chair.
We will always be at your service, ready to give you advice or a recommendation, anything you need to make your stay with us the most pleasant experience.

“Excellent and Exceptionally Helpful Host”
We came across this gorgeous property due to being unable to travel back home to Dublin, Ireland because of mt husband losing his phone so bot beinf able to retrieve certain covid travel documents which he needed to fly back that day. Naturally my husband and I were stressed out and panicked but thankfully due to the amazing airport staff at Dubrovnik airport, they put us in touch with Marina who owns this stunning property as we needed accommodation for the night. After being connected to Marina over the phone to explain our situation, she offered us her apartment for such a reasonable price. Her husband also collected us within ten minutes of speaking to her from the airport at only 100 kuna and dropped us back at the same price the following day. When we arrived at the apartment we were so pleased as it was gorgeous with stunning views. Marina advised us where to go to explore the rest of Cavtat and just make the most of a not so great situation which we did and boy was it fantastic as we discovered a glorious and authentic part of Cavtat which had mainly locals about which was wonderful. Not only was Marina a fabulous host she also assisted us in boarding our flight the next morning after we obtained all the correct covid documents. She even borrowed us her laptop to download all the relevant covid documents the day prior . We also discovered she is actually the airport supervisor. I felt like she was God sent that day. For all the above if I ever visit Cavtat again which I think I will, I will definitely stay at Marinas apartment again and would highly recommend anyone else to do. “Excellent once again.”
Have not long returned from our 5th time at Apartments Dupcic. I think that says it all. Everything about these apartments is excellent. Well fitted out , comfortable , and with fabulous views. Apart from the apartments , the owners Ivo and Marina are wonderful hosts and are always on hand to assist with any problems or give advice on where to visit. It is about a 15 minute walk into Cavtat and 20 minutes back due to the last 100 metres being hilly. Don't let it put you off. I'm 70 and managed it. There are always taxis available. Would recommend Apartments Dupcic to everyone

“Vue de rêve et accueil royale”
Nous avons passé un court moment mais qui nous a marqué au point que nous nous sommes dit nous allons revenir le plus rapidement possible. L appartement est idéalement situé avec une vue de rêve, l acceuil de Marina est royale entre sympathie, conseil, et même une tarte fait maison, merci Marina! “Wow....Wow...wow”
This is our 4th visit in 5 years and Cavtat and it does not disappoint. Our hosts Marina and Ivo are lovely, he picks you up to and from the airport and Marina is just lovely and spoils us with homemade food and drink!!!! The apartment is well equppied and has a view to die for. Well located a short walk into town and ferry's to and from Dubrovnik are well worth a visit. In Cavtat town the restaurants are all very good and excellent value for money. All in all another great holiday.

From the moment we arrived at the beautiful resort of Cavtat to the fabulous apartment and our wonderful hosts Marina & Ivo . The apartment and sea views are 5 star plus ,You will never find a more kind , helpful hosts who always make sure your holiday is a special one. Ivo cooks the most super fish meal you will ever taste . This is really a very special place to spend your Holidays a real GEM .

“View to dye for and lovely apartment”
From the initial contact when booking the apartment with Marina she could not have been more helpful. She arranged for Ivo (her husband)to meet us at the airport and take us to the apartment which is only 8 or 10 minutes from the airport, a big plus for me even more so when going home this time Marina took us.The apartment was nicely presented, very clean and well decorated but the big wow of Apartments Dupcic has got to be the view. We sat on the terrace most evenings watching the sun go down over Dubrovnic sharing a bottle of Plavac. If anybody has told you Croatian wines are not very good then they are wrong. The apartments have a comfortable settee, flat screen TV and Air Conditioning which worked brilliantly keeping us cool in the bedroom to enjoy a excellent nights sleep in the large comfortable bed. The bathroom is a little bit small but has everything you need with plenty of hot water and a good shower. To get a view like the apartments have, you have to be up a hill and Cavtat is built on hills. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach and probably another 5 into the main town. We quite enjoyed the walk home apart from the last 200 metres which I found hard work having a bad knee but my wife was fine with it. Well worth the walk for the view and of course there are taxi's. During our stay Marina popped in to make sure everything was to our liking and also with handy tips on where to go and when to go into Dubrovnik. Ivo has a taxi in Dubrovnik and knows when the cruise ships are in or not, best to go when they are not there not so busy. I am trying to think of any negatives as I always try to be objective but really apart from the last 200 metre climb up the hill I cannot think of any. A great host, wonderful view, lovely apartment and the beautiful little town of Cavtat a real gem. It was our second visit to Cavtat and a joy to be there again. If you are looking for noisy night life, English breakfasts and the Rose & Crown this is not the place for you. Relaxed, Chilled and just beautiful.Hire a little boat sail over to Supertar, have a ride around the bay watching the Super yachts or go into the next bay where the local fishermen people keep their boats. The sea is crystal clear and great for a swim or just find a rock to sunbathe on. For me the place is stunning. Room Tip: I believe all apartments have the same view

“Lovely apartment, stunning location”
Spent a week at one of the lovely little apartments situated high up over one of Cavtat's bays, with a distant view across to Lokrum and Dubrovnik. The apartment was bright and clean and equipped as advertised. We received a warm welcome and ongoing hospitality from owners Marina and Ivo with lots of little 'extras' thrown-in. A 15 minute walk from the apartment is the stunning location of Cavtat. Set within a series of peninsulas each bay offers superb picture-postcard views. A great place to relax, enjoy the scenery and sample the many good quality bars and restaurants. The walk back to the apartment becomes steep in the last 100 metres or so but once you're there it's that view, not the exercise, that takes your breath away! To sum up - a fine apartment, great hosts, and a beautiful place to take a holiday. Much recommended!
