Beautiful ground floor apartment ( no steps for the purposes of access to apartment but is elevated one floor up from road) in frontline position residential complex next to Parque Comercial only 20mts to beach and very close to all shops and amenities.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS

We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.

This apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped separate kitchen and lounge-diner with access to terrace with sea views.

Bedroom 1

Master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe, air conditioning and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed , built in wardrobe and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and air conditioning.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Bathroom 1 with walk-in shower is ensuite with master bedroom.

Bathroom 2 is a full family bathroom with bathtub.

Fully equipped separate kitchen with laundry area comprising fridge-freezer, gas hob & electric oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all other kitchenware and crockery.

Lounge with dining area, Spanish & UK Television, WiFi connection, air conditioning and patio doors opening out to terrace.

South facing terrace equipped with table and chairs for outside dining, 2 sunbeds and sea views.

Parque Residencial is a frontline urbanisation next to Commercial Centre in Mojacar Playa. There is an access gate (Nº8) on Calle Lucerna, once you gain access to the community you will find a walkway leading up to the front door of the apartment opposite the pool area.

Garage entrance

There is an allocated garage space. Garage entrance is at the far end of Calle Lucerna. Once you leave your vehicle in the allocated space you can walk up a flight of stairs to reach the inside of the complex with very well kept community garden and pool area.

This urbanisation is called Parque Residencial, very centrally located next to Commercial Centre, gated community with lovely garden and pool area.

Shops, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants and all amenities within easy walking distance.

Nearest beaches: Playa de Villazar and Playa del Descargador

Within very easy walking distance you will find a good selection of restaurants and beach bars.
