Beautiful 1st floor sea frontline apartment for 4 people centrally located in mojacar Playa with lovely sea and coastal views, opposite the newly finished promenade and overlooking the sandy beaches ( Playa del Lance) Within easy walking distance to shops and all amenities.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, fully equipped separate kitchen and lounge-diner with access to terrace overlooking the sea.

Master bedroom with double bed (1.50m wide), built in wardrobe, air conditioning, full en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to terrace with sea views.

Fully equipped separate kitchen with dividing arch/window into dining area and has fridge-freezer, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all other kitchenware and crockery. Utility area at the far back of kitchen with gas hot water boiler.
Front door opens into entrance hall and lounge with dining area, Spanish & UK television and wi fi connection. Patio doors open out to front terrace with lovely sea views.
Terrace is equipped with table and chairs for outside dining and 2 sunbeds and awning.
This is an east facing terrace with direct sea views.

Drive into your allocated underground parking space. There is a key to open lift and access the apartment on the 1st floor.There are 2 access gates on either side of the building, one with one flight of steps leading up to the 1st floor and lift and another one with no steps to access the community corridor and lift.
Zahories is a front line residential complex with community swimming located behind the building.
Beach is on the other side of the road.

“tired and dated”
central location but seriously tired, dated and the en-suite had a permanent bad sanitation odour. not worth the the price considering friends rented a brand new apartment cheaper. facilities were adequate but again looked well used, tired and dated. the swimming pool was dreadful - it never got any sun and was stuck next to an empty building plot we would definitely not stay here again!

“Mojácar beach”
Good beach front location, well presented apartment, clean with good amenities everything we needed was to hand. Underground car park and security were a bonus. Can’t comment on pool as it doesn’t open until June 1st but was being cleaned ready for summer season. Close to good restaurants and bars. Loved Albatross Beach Bar and Ankara Bar. Would recommend replacement sun beds and WiFi information (not a criticism) we did manage to get it working. Would definitely recommend and would happily return many thanks Dave and Lorraine

“Excellent Apartment”
A front-line apartment directly overlooking the promenade, very central. It is above a row of shops/restaurants, but at the time we stayed there was very little noise from these - may be different during high season. It was well furnished throughout, obviously privately owned, as the owners property was there, including a small inflatable boat, boogie board, snorkels etc. and kid's soft toys in the second bedroom! Very well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, full size oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. All the crockery and cutlery you would need for up to 6 people, plenty of kitchen utensils and knives. Hot water was from a gas boiler in the utility room which was ample for the kitchen sink and both showers. From the lounge or the master bedroom French doors led to the large balcony which had a couple of comfy patio chairs, two sun loungers and a dining table with four garden chairs. (There was also a six-seat dining table and chairs inside, should you prefer to eat there). If you arrive by car there is an underground garage with allocated parking space, accessed from outside via a ramp with a remote-controlled door, and from the inside via a lift which used a key to operate it, so it was very secure. The lift was right next door to the apartment, so no long walk! When you went out in the evening or to the beach the access on foot was via a staircase at one end of the block or directly onto a side street at the other end of the walkway with no stairs to negotiate. Both of these had a gate which needed a key to gain entry, so the whole place was very secure. All in all, a positive experience in a good location. There were a few Stag and Hen parties (Spanish) at the weekends, but they happened at the clubs located a few hundred yards away, so there was no noise nuisance from them.
