"Apartment Lorenzo" is a huge property, and only few minutes walk from an old Trogir centre. It is fully equipped and it's been recently renovated. Apartment Lorenzo offers you an apartment itself (160m2), 4 outdoor seating areas surrounded by patio, garden and greenery, outdoor self-standing grill-house, 3 private parking spaces and 2 bicycles for free!

Apartment Lorenzo has got a big terrace (34m2), a garden (800m2), a paved yard (70m2), 3 bedrooms (1st bedroom= double bed+view to the Cathedral of St.Lawrence, 2nd bedroom=double bed+1 single bed+ exit to the terrace, 3rd bedroom= double bed+ view to the garden), long hallway, 1 bathroom ( bathtub, brand new washing machine, hair dryer, free toiletries...), an excercise/ childrens' playroom, a spacious living room (TV Sat, Air Conditioning, stereo...), a brand new kitchen (dish washer, kettle, oven, refrigerator...), a garage and self-standing grill-house.

Free of charge: 2 bicycles, garage, Wi-Fi, self-standing grill-house.

Apt. Lorenzo is situated on the borderline between Trogir and Seget Donji, which makes it a hit location! If you are interested in visiting our beautiful medieval town Trogir, then it shall take you only 1 minute by car or 7 minutes on foot to get there. Furthermore, you can take a stroll in the pinewood called Soline, which is located on the southern side of the apartment, in order to avoid the traffic and to enjoy in the fresh air. Only few minutes later, you'll get to see Kamerlengo Castle & St. Mark's Fortress, anchored boates and yachts on the docks, our newly built Wooden bridge and Street market.

Secondly, if you are more interested in swimming and sunbathing, then you might want to go to the nearest beach in Seget, which is a walking distance, too. :) For those interested in an active holiday, I recommend "Medena" beach and complex; where you can find from tennis courts, mini golf, a jogging track through pine woods, soccer pitches, volleyball and basketball courts to various water sports like jet ski, parascending, inner tubes, banana boat, water skiing, wind surfing, sailing, etc. There is a dico club, lots of caffe bars and restaurants, too.

It’s also ideal for children, with a variety of entertainment and amusements available in the playgrounds along the beach.

Medena Beach is a beautiful pebble beach, which extends 3 km along the coast from the village of Seget Donji to the Hotel Medena. Lots of secluded beaches can be found, too.

Medena beach and complex is only 5 minutes drive from the Apartment Lorenzo! :)
