Modern country Villa with pool to rent just few steps from the town of Pollensa.
Charming country Villa with pool located near the village of Pollensa in the prestigious area of La Font. This beautiful house faces south so it enjoys the sun all day!.
It is distributed in 2 floors, it has a beautiful terrace along the well-tended garden and pool design. It has a nice barbecue, table tennis, satellite TV, DVD, WiFi. On the ground floor has well equipped modern kitchen, it has a comfortable lounge and dining room, a double bedroom with en suite. Upstairs there are 2 bedroom a bathroom with tub and shower.
This property has a large parking.
It is located within walking distance of the charming town of Pollensa, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, bakery, shops and 10 minutes walk to the main square where there are a lot of restaurants.
It is 5 min. drive from the Puerto Pollensa beaches and 10 minutes from Golf Pollensa. In this area you can enjoy all kinds activities: diving, surfing, skateboarding surfing, hiking, road biking, paragliding, horse riding, golf, tennis, adventure sports, etc ..
This property has the max. 6 people, with the possibility of adding a cot.
Check-in time is after 14:00 pm and check-out before 10:00 am. To reserve have to pay a deposit of 30%, the remaining amount is payable in cash on arrival. The deposit for the reservation of this property is not returned in case of cancellation. Also, you have to pay a deposit of 300 euros in case of damages, this amount to be returned at the end of the stay if the house delivered as received.
In high season bookings must be from Saturday to Saturday other months are flexible.

“Great location and pool”
This large, modern and very clean house has many advantages, especially the short walk across the Ponte Roma bridge into the charming old village of Pollenca. Here you can find all the great restaurants, classy bars and little shops you will need. We spent most evenings in Pollenca and every meal we had was great. There is a beautiful cocktail bar too called Jimmy’s and two lively squares with lovely cafes. You can get the bus to and from Palma from this village too. It takes an hour and costs about 5 pounds. Palma is wonderful. The little lane where the house is located can be hard to find especially at night so use the old Roman footbridge as your nearest landmark- the Pont Roma is directly opposite. The house has a lovely pool and nice gardens. We spent a lot of time in the mornings just relaxing by the pool. The house has a good TV, WiFi, modern kitchen and everything you will need for your family holiday. The area is great, we got a taxi to Formentor beach which was wonderful. We also went to lovely, unspoilt Cala Baix but that is for the more adventurous, as it involved a long walk and a cliff scramble to reach it. Alcúdia we thought was very over rated as a resort, the beach smelled awful- of sewage, the only high point was the lovely Arabic old town which was beautiful. The local beaches at Peurto Pollenca were much nicer than Alcúdia (but again- there was a weird sewage smell the whole time we were there. Apparently it’s caused by the seaweed!) Now the disadvantages. It’s advertised as no car necessary, but we spent a lot of money on taxis. I would say you really could do with a car there unless you only want to see Pollenca and not much else. The bus service is not frequent and it’s a long hot walk to the bus stop. We did try to get a car halfway through the holiday but there were none available by that point. So book in advance. We had a couple of power cuts whilst there which we thought were caused by using the washing machine. So be warned! You can easily switch it back on using the fuse box, but you’ll need to turn the washing machine off first. Also, we had read that the house had all the beach and bath towels we would need, but there were no beach towels and barely enough bath towels so bring your own! Last small niggle was that the house is by a road that gets a bit of traffic, especially early in the morning. There is a lot of building work going on nearby, and this woke me up very early the first day (as did the local cockerel) however I got used to it by the second day. If you are a light sleeper like me, bring ear plugs.

“Good location”
Ok let's get the negatives out the way. The dishwasher broke on the first day, we were told the electrician was coming back to fix it - he didn't. Twice the water supply went down, this was rectified within a couple of hours, but obviously very annoying as we couldn't even flush the loo. The pumps in the pool didn't seem to work, we were told they were on a timer but we never saw them on. It would have been nice if the owner had provided us with a bit of information like where to find the nearest supermarket or how to get into pollenca town. Positives, the villa itself is very nice, good size rooms. The garden is large and well kept and the pool is a decent size for relaxing. It's In a great location for accessing pollenca town which is so lovely, lots of nice restaurants and shops as well as beautiful scenery. We had a lovely holiday despite the hiccups. We will definitely visit pollenca again.

Response from the owner There was a heat wave in Mallorca and this island cannot support all air conditioning on so they cut the electricity for few hours in a random We explain this to the clients this is why they had no water for few hours. not our fault. This client forgot to say the villa was impeccable clean at arrival and there were no other issues apart for the general electricity cut off the pool was always perfect despite the client didnt see the filter working 3stars on my lovely villa is an unfair valuation considering the problems came from the main electric company. we have lovely review s in Airbnb, please check
