There’s no other apartment like it in Annecy!

At the entrance to the old town with all its amenities, right by the canal, stands the “Maison Paccard”, home of the official decorator to King Hassan II of Morocco for fifteen years. Inside this building we have a “five-star” loft for two people, covering 105 m²!

André Paccard, a patron, artist of genius and businessman with a megalomaniac streak, had wild ambitions for this house, which he had fallen in love with.

So expect the exceptional, with impressive room sizes, century-old beams contrasting with the minimalism of the wrought iron guardrail, designer furniture, works of art that are sure to awaken your contemplative side, a

sauna for well-being and blissful relaxation, a private lift and more...

Not to mention the 360-degree view over the canal (which gave the town its nickname of “the Venice of the Alps”), the “Vieilles Prisons” (an old stronghold and the most photographed place in Annecy), the castle…

You will find Annecy train station at 1.5 km by foot, Geneva airport at 40 km and there is no private parking on spot. There is a public parking at only 250 meters away. It is better to rent a car because there are not a lot of taxis and public transport.
