Description
Welcome to this lovely rustical house for 10 guests in s´Horta.
The outdoor areas are well-kept and attractive: a spacious garden, a chlorinated 14x6-sized pool (0,8-1,9 deep), a big terrace, two completely furnished porches, a BBQ for cooking lovers and hilarious views to the countryside.
The 499m2-sized house is divided into two floors. A cozy living room is a perfect place to rest after a hot day watching a satellite TV or reading your favorite book. For colder months you have a wooden oven. A kitchen has a dining corner and is equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. Outside there is another kitchen near the BBQ which is equipped with an oven, a sink and a fridge. In the washing room you will find a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board. The house features 5 bedrooms with A/C: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms (two twins and two double rooms) are located on the 1st floor. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. There are a bathroom with as shower and a bath tube on the 1st floor and a lavatory on the ground floor.
The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful area which foster a relaxed vacation. 1km away is s´Horta village where you can find a basic products for your stay. In 15 minutes by car you reach sandy beaches like Parque Natural de Mondragó or in 20 minutes Es Trenc and Colonia de Sant Jordi areas. A beautiful cove Cala D’Or which is famous for its transparant water is only 6km away. Here you find all kinds of leisure activites for adults and for kids and a big variety of shops and restaurants. Palma capital is 60km away and is definately worth being visited. Culture and history lovers will appreciate it. Furthemore, the situation of the the house is perfect for golf players: 4,5km away there is a golf camp Vall d'Or.
