Description

The building is located in Concon, gastronomic capital of the region, steps from Playa La Boca. From this point you can visit by car or public transportation the city of Viña del Mar or Valparaiso. In a few minutes you can access walking to the mouth of the Rio Aconcagua near Playa la Boca. Here is practiced Stand Up Paddle, Surf, Bodyboard, Kayack, for which there are more than 15 schools with instructors and equipment throughout the year. The building has controlled 24 hours, small gym, pool, barbecue, cinema room and laundry (the latter three with additional cost per use) accesses. It also has an area with Wi-Fi. The apartment has a terrace from which you can see the sea and the beach. Has a living room (with stereo), kitchen, main room with en suite and a second room with two single beds more guest bathroom (both with Cable TV). Both the terrace and large windows have protective nets. For this season we have enabled a third piece with a single bed for a fifth visitor. We have built in WIFI mobile testing stage for visitors to have us the freedom to access the Internet not only within the department but wherever they go: - Delivered with 0.5 GB free traffic per day (additional consumption can be required to 3.5 US $ / GB) - Subject to coverage areas - adcional guarantee US $ 50 at entry is required.

Getting around

A few meters from the building is a bus stop to go to Viña del Mar in its route pass through Reñaca and other beaches. Some do it by the way Reñaca Concón and others do along the coast through several beaches suitable for swimming. There are also paths leading to the north (Mantagua, Puchuncaví, Maitencillo, Cachagua).

Interaction with guest

At check in the department shown and building facilities explaining the operation, what to do in emergencies along with the presentation concierge. During the stay there all available for consultation, especially those related to activities that can be done, areas of interest, etc. Clearly any problems that may arise with the department or building must be addressed promptly.
