Located on a hilltop cul-de-sac of beautiful Dana Point, you will find your luxurious 2700 square foot custom dream home with everything you need for a getaway of comfort and relaxation. Doheny Beach and the Dana Point Harbor are located within walking distance of the home.

As you walk past the front patio with an ocean view and the spacious two car garage, you walk upstairs and are welcomed by a sun-filled living room with a high ceiling that features a 55” flat screen TV with a Blu-ray player, and a fireplace with an ocean view. The gourmet kitchen is first class and includes granite countertops, Viking cooktop, and a wine cooler. Sit around the dining table and enjoy your meals while looking out the sliding glass door to the elements.

Walk out onto the wide open 450 square foot deck and take in the stunning views of Doheny Beach and San Clemente while you feel the ocean breeze. On a clear day you can view the coast line all the way to Mexico while you barbecue, and on summer nights you can see the reflection of the bright moonlight in the vast Pacific Ocean. If you are visiting on the 4th of July, enjoy a fabulous view of the Doheny Beach fireworks from the comfort of the deck.
