Imagine unobstructed views of the ocean from your very own private hot tub! This stunning split-level home, located DIRECTLY on the beach, has just that. Oceanfront access from the deck is sure to keep your toes in the sand and salt on your skin during your entire stay. Time seems to stand still as the sound of the waves and views of sun-sparkled water ease your mind and relieve your stress. Here you are just a step from the waters edge and the waves are visible from every vantage point inside.
As you climb the steps to this property, you're entering paradise. On the lower level, accessible through a spiral staircase off the kitchen, is the bonus room that will comfortably sleep two people on two twin beds. A few steps from the spiral staircase is access to the loft, boasting a queen bed and a balcony perfect, for counting the millions of stars in the night sky over the Atlantic. Two other bedrooms, one with a king bed and access to the ocean-side deck and one with a queen bed, complete the sleeping arrangements and are found near the split-level living area in the middle of this property.
On the main level, you will find a beautifully remodeled kitchen complete with tile, huge farm sink, a granite island with seating for six and a cozy table that overlooks the lower living room area. Gorgeous exposed wooden beams can be found throughout. The two person hot tub sits just off the kitchen area, waiting to complete your stay in paradise. AHHH, peace! Here you truly are "Livin' on the Edge" of all the splendor that is Topsail Island.

Also, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation.

Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative,
insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
