Description

“Shore Blessed” (formerly "The Scuba Tank") is a luxurious house featuring a private pool, tiki bar, elevator, ocean views and a gourmet kitchen. This house simply cannot be beat!

Entering the house from the front door you enter into a foyer and hallway. This lower level contains four of the five bedrooms that this house has to offer. To the left of the front door lies bedroom one featuring an ocean view, queen bed, flat screen Fire TV and deck access. Through the Jack-and-Jill bathroom bedroom two, offering a view of the pool, two twin beds, a small private deck and a flat screen Fire TV. In the hallway between these two bedrooms is the washer and dryer.

To the right of the front floor is bedroom three, containing a queen bed, flat screen Fire TV, deck access and a private entrance to the shared hallway bathroom. At the rear right of the hallway is bedroom four with a queen bed, flat screen Fire TV and a small private deck overlooking the pool. Between these two bedrooms is a shared full bathroom.

Upstairs guests will find the gorgeous main level. To the right, a cook's dream gourmet kitchen is found offering granite counters, stainless appliances and an island with a flat stove top, wine cooler and bar seating. A Keurig coffee maker and electric tea kettle are also provided for your convenience!

Straight ahead of the kitchen is a large farm dining table providing seating for ten. In the corner of the dining area is a small pub-height table with an ocean view, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The living room has two large leather couches that face the flat screen TV.

To the left of the stairs is a half bathroom and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with views of the ocean, Apple 4K HD TV, access to the upper ocean front deck with a gas firepit and a fabulous spa inspired master bathroom with double vanity, jetted tub and rain shower.

The outdoor space of this property has everything you could ask for. The two generously sized ocean view decks allow for stunning areas of relaxation. The lower deck has two pub-height tables and chairs; the upper deck offering two sets of arm chairs, cocktail tables and a large dining table perfect for dining al-fresco. Under the front stairs is an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.

An elevator is located inside the home and runs from the ground floor foyer to the top floor off of the kitchen. A two car attached garage allows access to the backyards private in ground pool. A tiki bar sits in the corner with granite counters and a sink, perfect for blending up a frozen concoction for sipping by the pool. A few beach cruiser bicycles are available to allow guests to explore more of the beauty of Topsail Island.

Shore Blessed also provides 5G high performance wireless internet, luggage racks in every bedroom and a beach cart for convenience for guest use! “Shore Blessed” is the perfect place for the ultimate relaxing beach vacation.

Also, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation.

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.

**Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys
