Description

The name “Island Spirits” perfectly fits this house; it truly embodies the spirit of this majestic island. With its grand entrance and double decks with endless UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEWS, this house is definitely one to see!

Entering the house through the front door you will find yourself in a quaint sitting area offering a small couch, chair and coffee table. This area is flanked by four of the five bedrooms that this house has to offer. To the left of the front door is bedroom one with a queen bed. This bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom two. Bedroom two is located to the rear and left of the seating area and has a queen bed.

To the right of the front door is bedroom three, containing a queen bed and sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom four. Bedroom four located to the right and rear of the seating area has two twin beds and a TV. The lucky guests staying in both bedroom one and three are able to enjoy beautiful ocean views right from bed! A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

Continuing through the French doors and up the stairs to the main level, you will enter a large open living space with vaulted ceilings, ocean views and deck access. To your right is a large kitchen with ample counter space and bar seating for four. Directly in front of the kitchen, with ocean views, is a huge dining table seating 10.

To the left of the stairs is the living area boasting two cozy couches and two arm chairs positioned around a decorative fireplace and a flat screen TV. Behind the living area is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV and access to a full bathroom. This bathroom also shares access with the hallway.

Outside, on the upper-level covered deck, you will find multiple seating options. There are rockers, chaise lounge chairs and even a small table and chairs for enjoying a light alfresco meal. Both the upper and the lower decks face the ocean and have unobstructed views. Just down the front steps and across the street is the beach access.

This house is tastefully decorated, giving a feeling of being right at home yet still having a vibe of relaxing “Island Spirits!"

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.

**Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys or door codes will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date.

**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.

**After Hours Check Ins are available for anyone scheduled to arrive after 5pm or on Sunday when our offices are closed. Please notify us as soon as you are aware you will need an After Hours Check In.
