Description

Sleeping 12, "Wave To Cool," a 4 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront getaway, offers a perfect location for families looking to catch some waves, sun rays, and lounge in the sand for days! Enter through the front door, proceed up to the main living area and walk into the huge open kitchen with large dining table. Attached to the kitchen and dining area lies the living room. Here, cozy couches boasting tropical print welcome you to sit and take in the amazing views.

Off of the living area is a huge screened-in back porch that stretches the entire length of the house. Adjacent, a sun deck and direct beach access await, conveniently keeping you just steps away from a day of fun in the sun at any given time.

Two bedrooms are located just down the hall from the main living area. Bedroom one offers both a queen and twin bed while bedroom two has an additional queen bed. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.

Head down the stairs to the lower level which houses a small exercise area, perfect for morning yoga. Traveling further, bedroom three with a double bed and bedroom four with two sets of bunk beds await. These two bedrooms also share a bathroom.

With an outdoor shower and direct beach access, Wave to Cool is a perfect vacation choice for your yearly dose of Vitamin Sea!

Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.

Also, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation.

Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. “MOLD INFESTED HOUSE”

Please be aware--we rented this as a 3-month long term rental and after only a month finally had the downstairs level tested ourselves for mold spores after the rental company did not properly address… More

Response from the manager When situations like this come up, all the necessary steps are taken to ensure that what is brought to our attention is addressed. Once this tenant brought their findings to us from the company they hired, we had a Certified Mold and Air Quality Inspector and IICRC Master Restorer go to the property to see what were the options for remediation based on the findings this tenant brought to us. The Certified Mold & Air Quality Inspector found that the air quality in the home was safe and no remediation was required. The tenant was given the option to break their lease without penalty since they no longer wanted to stay in this home and we did not have another comparable property that was available to move them too. We are truly apologetic for the inconvenience that all of this caused for this tenant and their family. Issues such as these would never be ignored by us or the owners of the properties we manage.
