Description

This condo complex is your one-stop ocean getaway destination. All guests of C-109 can enjoy the oceanfront proximity of the condo with DIRECT beach access, use of the clubhouse featuring a fireplace, kitchenette, lounge area, pool, locker rooms, boat launch/storage, and day docks.

This particular condo, unit C-109, is a two bedroom, two bath condo located on the first floor providing direct walk-out beach access. Entering the unit brings you into a small alcove where you will find a laundry room conveniently to your right offering a sound view while you wash!

Continuing into the unit brings you into the kitchen to the left and the dining area just beyond. The living room is located on the ocean-side where you have access to the ocean-front deck and beautiful views while you relax on the comfortable furniture.

To the right is the main living area with the master bedroom located on the oceanfront side. A king bed is situated just perfectly, allowing you to wake up to the gorgeous ocean sunrise. Bedroom two has a queen bed and is located on the sound-side and has its own balcony overlooking the sound.

For the price and location, Queens Grant is truly tough to beat. Oceanfront luxury with sound-front access creates just the perfect combination for an island vacation.

*Grills are NOT permitted anywhere on Queen's Grant oceanfront property. Grills are provided for use across the street.*

Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.

Also, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation.

Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative,

insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
