Description

Come and relax at a beautiful beach cottage just a minute walk to the beach. This 2 bedroom cottage sleeps 6 and has 1 full bathroom. The cottage also includes an outdoor shower to easily rinse off after your day at the beach. The cottage is cable and wifi ready. Air conditioning has been installed for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. Please bring towels and beach blankets for your use during your stay. Linens for the beds are available upon request but feel free to bring your own sheets if you prefer. Beach chairs and a charcoal grill are also provided for your use. The cottage includes onsite parking for two cars. Additional cottages available on the same lot for larger parties if interested.

Quiet and cozy cottage. Decent for 2 and a child. We brought our 2 dogs and it got a bit tight but manageable. Would do it again but this time w/o the dogs:) Definitely recommend the place.

Response from the owner Hi Mark, I apologize for any inconvenience you incurred during your stay in our cottage. We hope you thoroughly enjoyed your vacation. Yes they are cozy and quaint cottages and not huge in square footage, but we think they make up for it in charm and location. We did apologize about the misunderstanding of not having the sheets ready for you. Most guests do bring their own, which is why she did not put them on the bed but left them there if you decided to use them. We do not provide towels, toiletries or groceries for your entire stay. Renting a house versus a hotel usually means supplying your own items. We do have some toilet paper and such there upon arrival, but we have guests who sometimes stay a month and we do not supply enough for the whole stay. Again I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I do hope you enjoyed your stay and hope you will stay with us again. Thanks, Jamie

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jamie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
