Description

In France, near the Atlantic coast in the South Vendée, in the Marais Poitevin, our suite upstairs of our house of over 200 years is typically Vendée architecture with masterful beams! (WIFI). It can accommodate up to 4 people, plus a cot. The décor is elegant and personalized.

It has a small lounge with TV and DVD, complete with family photos ....

2 connecting rooms, one with 1 bed 160, the second with 2 beds of 90 that we can muster.

The bathroom is private with shower and basin, and toilet are independent.

Breakfast is served in the living room on one level. Local products, homemade jam, hot coffee and pastries or day of the cake will be prepared by Gwen for your enjoyment!

Access to the park of 4,000 m2, playground, bicycle loans and outdoor games, and of course the common pool 5x10m2, HEATED treated with sea salt without chlorine smell (with hot shower and toilet).

In the courtyard by the pool, we have provided to your attention an outdoor kitchen for you to dine onsite.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gwen (the owner) a message.

If Gwen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
