Our cleaning team is taking extra steps to protect you and your family while staying in our condo.

We are following recommended guidelines to clean and sanitize our unit. Also, Beach Colony Resort is a lower-density complex that allows for more “social distancing” space between you and other quests. This property only has 4 units per floor, the largest pool in the area, and access to a large park just yards from the complex that offers miles of open beach.

We purchased this property after spending many hours researching the gulf coast beaches, cities, and environments. Navarre offered the best mix of beautiful beaches, crystal clear water, low-density construction, and perhaps most importantly freedom from the crushing crowds that are often seen in Destin and other beach communities. Also, we wanted a family atmosphere where we felt our kids would be safe.

Our condo has fewer units than most complexes, is just a couple hundred yards away from the state park which has miles of open beach for walking, fishing, and shelling. We are also just a few yards from Florida’s newest state fishing pier. We can walk right out to the road and take a bike trail to Pensacola. We have the largest pool in the area, tennis courts, and an exercise room. We also have plenty of restaurants, golf courses, and Destin outlet malls, water parks, Navy Air Museum, and other attractions to choose from any time we want to leave the property.

This 1800 square foot, 3 bedrooms, 3 bath condo provides you and your group plenty of space to spread out.

Navarre is easily accessible! The area is served by the interstate road system, local airports, busses. Navarre Beach has a great system of bike and walking paths that extend for miles. A wonderful gulf front park is just a 2-minute walk from the condo. This park offers miles of open beach. One of Florida’s best fishing piers is also only a 2-minute walk from the condo. Food, bait, and tackle are available! Restaurants, bars, and convenience stores are also just a short walk from the unit
