Accès facile : 15 KM de l’aéroport de Brindisi – 80 km de l’aéroport de Bari.
La propriété est récente, au milieu d'une oliveraie millénaire de 1ha comprenant :
* - Une maison principale (3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 2 WC) : Cuisine équipée (piano de cuisine frigo XXL, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, vaisselle), salon-salle à manger. Nombreux équipements pour les enfants, wifi, enceinte mobile Bose. Les draps et le linge de maison y compris serviettes de piscine et foutas sont inclus.
* - Un trullo restauré (1 grande chambre une salle de bain, un WC) avec accès séparé
A l’extérieur :
* - 1 cuisine d’été (bbq, plancha, four à pain traditionnel, frigo, point cuisson, frigo, lave-vaisselle)
* - 1 douche extérieure
* - Une piscine (5X10) avec sa douche, transats et fauteuils
* - Une pergola avec banquettes face à la piscine
* - Une douche extérieure fermée.
Nombreuses visites culturelles, marchés locaux et fêtes de villages en été.
