Our holiday cottages are tucked away in the quiet Blagdon valley yet only two miles from the English Riviera beaches at Torquay, Paignton & Brixham.

Ivy Cottage is well designed & furnished with a modern minimal look yet has many original features such as vaulted ceilings & bumpy walls.

Shared outdoor solar heated swimming pool (10.5m x 5.5m, depth 1.2m) open 10.00am to 6.00pm every day, May-Sept, weather permitting.

Ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with tiled floors.

First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 with double bed, 1 twin.

Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Bed linen and towels included, Central heating; gas hob; elec. oven; m/wave; d/washer; f/freezer. Travel cot & highchair on request (no charge). Wi-fi. included; Freeview TV. DVD.. Shared laundry room with w/machine & dryer (small charge). Patio and picnic bench. BBQ. Shared grounds. Ample parking. Cycle store.

Blagdon House Country Cottages (Ivy, Dandelion, Oak & Cherry Cottages) can be booked together to accommodate up to 24 guests.

“Lovely cottage”

Had a wonderful week at Ivy cottage. Lovely, clean and spacious cottage. So quiet but close to the local areas by car. Piers and Helen were very friendly and welcoming and were always available if needed. Will definitely be recommending Blagdon Cottages

How do damage deposits work?

If Piers (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
