Congratulations! You've found one of the nicest rentals in Central Florida. And this is owner operated, which means you get great, personalized service. The most surprising thing in my first year of operation is hearing numerous stories from guests about bad experiences they had with some of the big management companies. With this unit, WHAT YOU SEE is WHAT YOU GET. I take great pride in presenting an outstanding rental that will meet or exceed expectations.

This Serenity Dream home is unlike anything else in the Disney area rental market. Located in a quiet setting, this is a very chic, European style home, and only 11 miles from Disney. Over $20,000 in upgrades! This is the owners personal winter residence and is now available to you the rest of the year. You will delight in a home with Ceasarstone counters, Moen faucets, Simmons mattresses, and hardwood and tile floors (no dirty or worn carpet!), and large HD TV's (40" to 55", and the 55 is a 4K!) with DVR throughout. Satellite TV with 200 channels. Even the pool area has it's own set. What a perfect way to enjoy warm Florida evenings by floating in the splash pool and watching TV. And pool heat set at a comfortable 85 degrees is free! Most charge $20/day.

Each bedroom has it's own bath. The first floor queen bedroom has a shared bath that can be made private. The master bedroom and twin bedroom upstairs have totally private bathrooms, along with huge walk-in closets. There is a private balcony of the master bedroom, as well as 50" smart TV for your enjoyment. There is also a 50" smart TV in the twin room. All bedrooms have top of the line Simmons mattresses, And the living room sofa has a pull-out full size memory foam bed for additional guests.

The kitchen is spacious and full equipped with all the utensils', cookware, and dishes you could ever need. It is well lit and near the dinning table.

There is free Wi-Fi but please note that is no land phone at this rental, you'll need your cell phone.

This unit is an end unit with great natural light as well as being SOUTH FACING for lots of sunshine in the pool. It also backs up to a pond, you aren't looking at another town home only a few feet away. And the pool/patio area is screened to keep out bugs. And has a TV! You will love the "anti-gravity" lounge chairs. The clubhouse door is only 100' away and has pool, hot tub, exercise room, and game room.

Your first reaction when entering this unit will be "Wow! How did I get such a beautiful place at this low price!". If you have stayed in the Disney area in the past I'm sure you find this rental far superior to anything you stayed in before, even at a higher price. Your only regret renting this home will be having to leave!.

Had a great time, The condo was very nice pleasant surroundings, would book there again. Close to many restaurants, and places to visit. Main thing it was close to Disney.
