Beautiful North Coast Jamaican villa with private swimming pool, BBQ pit also spa retreat.
Only 5 minutes walk away from the most fabulous beach.
This is in my opinion the best location on the island
In comparison to our competitors our property is head and shoulders above them all in 4 main areas, size, location, quality and the price for what you receiving for your MONEY.
This is not a shoe horned holiday in a cramped environment with old fashioned furniture no swimming pool and big backed TVs . All our rooms are massive, this is a contemporary luxurious Spanish style villa sitting on one and a half acres of landscape gardens, with its own swimming pool also spa retreat with numerous outside quality chill out areas.
Our gardens have lots of different fruits 3 types of Mango East Indian, Julie and Black Mangos there are Bananas, Nesburies, Sour Sap, Breadfruit, Almonds, Cherries, Sour Orange, Lemon Grass.There are also a large number of indigenous flowers.
We can even call in our chef Clevey if you and your guests require authentic Jamaican cruise at a small cost.
There are good restaurants in the area like Scotches Jerk Centre who have their own website where you are able to get a good meal.
The best supermarket is Champion Supermarket which is in Ocho Rio's Town Centre around 10 minutes drive away. The beach is a private beach which is shared with RIU hotel guests along with residents of our estate Mammee Bay Executive Estate this fabulous beach is a 5 minute walk away. The beach has a restaurant and bar plus entertainment on some days.
Plus we will give you and your guests excellent service where our caretaker Chris Ludford also our housekeeper Miss Pet will cater for your every need along with our gardener Junior.
We can even call in our chef Clevey if you and your guests require authentic Jamaican cruise at a small cost.

The interior of our property is very big it is full of top class furniture with quality large porcelain tiles throughout.
The living room is long with two sides, one side facing the swimming pool also landscaped gardens the other side has a veiw of our secret gardens.
The main living room dinning seating for 16 people plus flat screen cable tv, music centre also wifi.
There is a computer station on one of the side verandas which runs off the living room.

The views all around this property is fabulous.

There are 3 bathrooms all are en-suite the master has a jacuzzi , the second bathroom has its own shower room and the third bathroom has a shower and jacuzzi.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi along with bathroom 1 the rest of the villa is contemporary decorated
simply outstanding.
This villa is less expensive with more quality in a better location than most villas not only in Jamaica but anywhere in the world as it has everything a holiday villa could need. Which is high quality fixtures and fittings also being in the right location at Villa Patiently Waiting we are pleased we have met that criteria

We have a caretaker who will arrange for a cook or car hire services or any general inquiry to do with the villa,
There is an airport pick up transfer on request, car and jet ski hire also available on request.

Although this is a home from home you will be well looked after on this vacation as we keep in contact and you are able to contact the owner at any time .
