Beautiful corner floor very well located, quiet, next to the beautiful nature reserve with a beautiful view ... Private parking, private estate "Méditéranéo 2" is located in Gran Alacant, Santa Pola region ... Composition: 4 sleeps , has two bedrooms with wardrobes & dresser, Air Co 'hot / cold' and portable fans, fully equipped kitchen, full bathrooms, living room with flat screen TV, satellite; ceiling fans. Very clean and very well maintained ... The sun roof solarium with the superb view of the bay of Alicante & mountains as well as the nature reserve is fully equipped with barbecue, sun loungers, table chairs & umbrella. Various articles will be proposed to you; buckets & maps, books & games ... The 2 shared pools, 1 for adults and the other for children at a very short walk from the house. A lifeguard is on duty during peak hours. Showers and toilets are provided. The garden pool is grassy and carefully planted with palms and olive trees. The whole is totally secure and private ... Carabassí beach is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes from ROUTE PLATE and is one of the most beautiful beaches in the coast of the Costa Blanca with several kilometers of soft white sand, supported by dunes, completely unspoilt and boasting a beach hut bar as well as sunbeds and umbrellas ... At 500m, there is an excellent selection of local and international restaurants, bars, shops, banks and supermarkets. There is so much to see and do ... golf, tennis, snorkeling and other water sports, exploring the historic sites of nearby towns. There is also a selection of nearby markets and only a bus ride. You will not need a car because everything is within walking distance (tavern, restaurant, pub, food store ...) The area is served by buses and a Yes-Yes train (it looks like a locomotive Steam), it makes a great loop of the area, stopping at the beach, bars, shops and the shopping center. Very fun for kids and parents.

“Vacances réussies”
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dû notamment à une location de qualité’ dans une résidence avec deux piscines ( super pour les ados et tout petit) . Nous avons apprécié la terrasse où nous avons partagé’ des bons moments autour du barbecue. La plage est de qualité’, chaude et transparente. Nous avons eu un petit soucis de douche un soir et je dois dire que le propriétaire a réglé le soucis vraiment rapidement. Merci encore d’avoir contribué à la réussite de nos vacances. À très vite!!
