Description

La struttura, sita in Lido Conchiglie, è stata costruita nel 2014 e si trova a soli 150 metri dal mare, con le sue piscine naturali ed è a soli 500 mt. dalle spiagge dorate che corrono da Lido Conchiglie a Gallipoli (circa 5 km). Ci sono spiagge libere ed attrezzate, alcune delle quali hanno delle moto d’acqua e scuole di surf in modo da poter provare questo entusiasmante sport.

Caffetterie, pub, ristoranti, panetterie e un mercato settimanale sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi (150 metri).

La zona ha numerosi sentieri costieri per lunghe passeggiate.

A poche miglia lungo la costa si trovano discoteche e parchi acquatici.

Per una giornata alternativa o una serata fuori, Gallipoli è a 5 min.di macchina con i suoi bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, negozi e viali sul mare.

Lecce, la città barocca, è facilmente raggiungibile a soli 40 min. di auto. Vi consiglio vivamente di visitare questa bellissima ed incantevole città, con il magnifico centro storico in cui sono situati: la cattedrale, il duomo, l'anfiteatro romano, le chiese e molte vecchie strade strette caratterizzate da numerosi negozi, pub, ristoranti, laboratori artigianali e teatri.

Raccomando vivamente di assaggiare la cucina mediterranea, conosciuta in tutto il mondo. In particolare: pucce, frise, rustici, pasta casareccia, gelati e pasticciotti.

La proprietà (in totale 10 posti letto) è composta da due appartamenti, disponibili tutto l'anno: l'appartamento al piano terra (6 posti letto) con un ulteriore luminoso appartamento al piano inferiore con giardino privato (4 posti letto), garantendo una vacanza perfetta a due famiglie o a tre coppie o a un gruppo di amici.

Essendo uno accanto all’altro, gli appartamenti possono essere affittati separatamente.

Ogni appartamento è stato arredato con gusto e dotato, ad alto livello, di tutto ciò che è necessario per cucinare da soli.

Appartamento al piano terra (6 posti letto)

Questa casa è adatta a famiglie con bambini.

Una terrazza privata con ombrellone, tavolo e sedie porta alla sala da pranzo con cucina e Tv led satellitare 32 ". Nella camera da letto matrimoniale c'è un letto a castello. La seconda camera con due letti singoli possono essere uniti per formare un letto matrimoniale su richiesta.

Tutte le camere hanno armadi con grucce.

Nel bagno ci sono: una doccia, wc, bidet, lavabo e asciugacapelli.

Appartamento al piano seminterrato con giardino (4 posti letto)

Si accede alla sala da pranzo con cucina attraverso il proprio cancello privato dalla strada.

Dalla sala da pranzo si accede al giardino confortevolmente arredato con tavolo, sedie, ombrellone e per divertirsi una seconda doccia con acqua calda/fredda.

C'è una camera con un letto matrimoniale in mezzo e due letti singoli ai lati.

La finestra della camera da letto si affaccia sul giardino.

C'è un bagno con doccia, wc, bidet, lavabo e asciugacapelli.

Ogni singola fornitura di asciugamani bianchi (3 a testa) e biancheria da letto costa 16 euro a persona.

Gli appartamenti sono professionalmente e accuratamente puliti prima del vostro arrivo.

Un piccolo cane ben educato è benvenuto con 60,00 euro di extra per la pulizia supplementare.
