Description
The Space
There are three bedrooms in this house. The house sleeps 6 comfortably but can sleep 7 with the large couch downstairs. There is a Queen sized bed in the master bedroom, a double sized bed in the second bedroom, a bunk bed in the smaller bedroom. The house is fully air-conditioned so that you can stay cool on those warm sunny Mediterranean days. There is a fully equipped kitchen, one full bathroom, one half bath, 3 balconies, a back yard, a front yard, a panoramic rooftop terrace with ocean views, and a terrace kitchen/wet bar. There is also a dining table inside as well as a dining table in the front yard for those early morning Mediterranean breakfasts facing the Aegean Sea.

There is a minimum of 6 night stay. Monthly bookings will receive a 20% discount.

We will be available for our guests at all times for ANY needs they may have. Fluent in English.
The Neighborhood
The house is located inside a gated community with a security guard. There are a few gated communities in this area, but because this area is a national reserve, it is one of Turkey's best kept secrets as large hotels are not allowed to be built here (this means crystal clear waters). Thus, this is one of the safest locations in coastal Turkey. I have NEVER heard any sort of robbery or domestic disturbance due to its calm and family oriented nature. The beach is shared with the gated community and thus is extremely private and thus will feel like its your own private beach. The community also has a basketball court and a store which gets fresh baked break every morning from the village :)
Getting Around
Having a rental car is highly recommended, although there is a bus service that goes to the towns Bodrum, Milas, and Oren multiple times a day. It is a 55 kilometre scenic drive from the Bodrum Airport where you can rent a car, or a 60 kilometre drive from Bodrum where you can rent a car.
We also provide airport pick-up drop off services for $30 if required.
There is a city called Oren (if you want to search type "Oren Milas, Mugla") that is a mere 10 km drive by car. Here there is an abundance of bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping, beach, yatch tours and cruises, para sailing, sky diving, and lots more activities! Please view images of the city as well as it is absolutely gorgeous!!

House Rules
Families and single are welcome. We live at the house next door so we will be available for all your needs from house difficulties, directions & recommendations, emergencies, and more! The only thing we ask is that you don't party too hard as we do not want to disturb other residents in the community. The house is BRAND new and has never been lived in before.
