This villa is set in one and a half acres of landscaped gardens boasting a verity of indigenous plants, flowers, and fruit bearing trees.

The Studio has its own swimming pool, gazebo, spa retreat and barbecue facilities and has this beautiful studio, light spacious, and contemporary.

The studio comes with 3 members of Staff also catering upon request $30 USD per day.

Housekeeping is included in the rental fee

This beautiful Jamaican studio is in the prestigious resort of Mamme Bay a secured gated community with 24-hour security

This is not a shoe-horned holiday where there is not enough room to swing a cat this is a very spacious studio on a very spacious property in a fabulous location at a competitive price.

We have an outside hot tub which we call the spa retreat.

It is a private area which has proved to be very popular with our guests.

This area is fully furnished , spa retreat also a top class beach within 3 minutes walking distance which has a top range restaurant/ bar also gym

We have a very large gazebo which is extremely popular with our guests.

There they can eat meals also relax on the exterior of our property and observe our fruited gardens.

The cottage is set in beautiful landscape fruited gardens 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach restaurant and bar, this is real value for money in a safe environment with 24-hour security This property is different from other properties on the island due to its location there is a sense of beauty that is unexplainable in words also why not go swimming every morning in the most beautiful beaches on the island even the world. This property is only 10 minutes drive away from the 3 major must see tourist attractions in Jamaica Dunn's River Falls Dolphin Clove Mystic Mountain The nightlife is full of action This is a real gem book now to avoid disappointment

I will call our guests to find out if everything is to their satisfaction. We also have a champion chef, his name is Cleavy he charges $30 USD per day Airport pickup one way for two people is $100 USD
