A quelques kilomètres de Calvi, sur la commune de Lumio, village pittoresque perché face à la mer, vous serez accueilli à la résidence Salduccio, arborée, fleurie et conçue comme un village Corse.
Cette résidence de standing est équipée d'un portail électrique ainsi qu'un accès libre à la grande piscine avec pataugeoire, d’un terrain de tennis, d’une aire de jeux pour enfants et d’un mini-golf (matériel fourni).
Vous pourrez profiter d’une terrasse avec grande vue mer et couchers de soleil sur la baie de Calvi au sud et d’une seconde terrasse avec vue montagne.
Situé à 800 mètres des plages et à 10 minutes en voitures de Calvi, cet appartement vous permettra de profiter facilement des nombreuses activités proposées dans la région Calvaise (festivals de musique, polyphonies Corse, festival du vent, soirées animées…).
La résidence est située en pleine nature, à quelques minutes seulement de la mer. 5 min en voiture environ 20 min à pieds. La plage est accessible à pied et la situation géographique de l'appartement permet un accès rapide aux principaux points d'intérêt de Lumio .Toutes les commodités sont à environ 5 min en voiture à Calvi.
