Description
A spacious open-plan apartment featuring a double bed, modern bathroom and a separate kitchen. Enjoy access to a private and secluded veranda overlooking the orange trees, We have a large shared outdoor swimming pool.
The open plan living area includes a sofa, arm chair, table, two chairs and TV. The bathroom comprises of a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, toaster, electric juicer and kettle.
Air-con, high-speed WiFi, music system, iPod docking station, board games, books and classic DVD films are all provided during your stay. Washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also available.
Enjoy access to our 13×4 meter outdoor swimming pool. We have six sun loungers as well as a large decking area for sun-bathing with a two-seater sofa, coffee table and chairs. Outdoor shower and bathroom.
We provide bathroom towels, pool towels, cotton bed linen, shower gel and shampoo. The apartment is supplied with all cleaning materials. The property is cleaned for your arrival and weekly for longer stays. Further cleans available at extra cost.
Upon arrival, enjoy a complimentary ‘welcome to the apartment’ hamper.
Tour, walk, relax,easy access to anywhere you wish or need to go, .All parts of the village are within a three to four minutes' walk, allowing enjoyment of all the restaurants and tapas bars without having to think about driving.
