Description
After 10 years working on cruise chips as 1st Electronics officer, I have build my 4 apartment family house, where I do live together with my wife Cecilia.
We speak Croatian, English, Spanish and a bit of Italian language.
Our place has been located 4 km from nearby town Omis, and 24 km from Split, nearby gateway. Split Airport is 50 km away, and nearest highway junction is 20 km away. The area where do we live is perfect for the guests who would like to have quiet restful vacation. Our house is consisting of 4 apartment, all designed with purpose to provide exceptional stay to our guests. Apartments are located on 1st and second level and they all are having sea view. They has been certified to accommodate 4 persons, and even 5th if necessary, by utilizing aux foldable bed. They are all equipped with kitchen, A/C (depending of the duration of your stay we providing bonus A/C operating hours. Additional credit can be purchased for 5 kn/hr= 0.6 Eur) , toilet / bathroom, laundry washing machine, grill, sunshade and chairs to be for external siting areas. Flat screen, local TV , and SAT TV , WiFi Internet is also included. Every apartment has balcony and terrace with sea view. We provide free parking.
General store for any necessity required to have, is just at walking distance, 200 m away. Nearby restaurant is just few meters away from the general store. Sea line is 50 meters away, and the beach (pebble) where all kind of water sports/bar/restaurants can be found. Those interested in scuba diving, arrangements with our local diving center can me made. WWII barge and especially antic ship from 2. century would be quite trophy in your dive log book.
Omis, 4 km away, by D8 road, provide many activities you might be interesting at while on vacation, such as,

-Scuba diving
-Th longest European Zip line
-Dalmatian islands trips
-Dalmatian Capella festival

-Omis historical sights
Big selection of the restaurants offering dalmatian cousin dishes can be found on every step.
In the Split , 24 km away, lots of historical locations and monuments can be seen. Roman Empire Palace , and Salona (present Solin) founded in 1st century B.C. was an ancient city and capital of Roman province on the Dalmatian coast located in modern-day Croatia, are the sights everybody should see when visiting Dalmatia. For those a bit more bold, Game of Throne and Star Wars filming sites in Dubrovnik are just aprox 300 km away.
Also, what is quite important to know, Split airport is 50 km away.
