Private, spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath home w/yard for relaxing, entertaining & sports. In deck heated pool w/safety fence. Huge kitchen, premium cable, wi-fi, fireplace. Neighborhood ideal for families - long walks, bike rides, wildlife watching.

Large great room with skylights includes open kitchen, dining & living; additional play room with toys & musical instruments leading to fenced yard, deck & pool. 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom downstairs, 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs, with small deck & stairs off of master bedroom. Laundry room & pantry off of kitchen. Gas grill for outdoor cooking, bikes, pool toys, kites, etc. Driveway parks 2 - 3 cars, also has basketball hoop.

Air Conditioning units in windows, very effective. House does NOT have central air, but stays very cool.

We are a few minute drive, 10 minute bike ride to Main Street Westhampton Beach as well as Jessup Avenue in Quogue - shops, restaurants, theater, spas, people watching, etc. 5 minute drive to Rogers Beach, 15 to Cupsougue & Tiana - some of the best beaches in the world! We have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels & matts, coolers and toys for you. North fork vineyards, golf courses, Atlantis Aquarium, Tanger Mall all a 15 minute drive away. Closer is the Quogue Wildlife Refuge - trail walking, animal education, etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Carrie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
