A dream holiday home situated only three kilometres from the magnificent and historic old town of Altea.
A lovely location in a wonderful setting overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, mountains and the Mediterranean dome, Altea.
The property is surrounded by a fenced plot, the main house measures 300 square metres, it comprises of a small extension, car parking space, a bar with outdoor kitchen, laundry room with toilet and shower, swimming pool and beautiful landscaped gardens with plants, trees and a large lawn that can be enjoyed in complete privacy.
An oasis where you can enjoy sunny days, secluded from city noise.

The main house is newly renovated and consists of large open common area with hall, lounge, kitchen and a fabulous dining area with a glass dome ceiling. In addition to three double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The house offers an open floor plan with large windows that provide plenty of light , this ensures that visitors can fully appreciate the spacious and airy interior of the villa , as well as partake in the wondrous views all around.The house is surrounded by large terraces and a barbecue area with direct access to the main house.
The master bedroom measures 45m2 has a large walk-in closet with an en suite bathroom. It includes a walk in shower, two freestanding sinks and bath tub. There is also an infrared sauna, heated floors and air conditioning / heat pump.
Bedroom 2
Features a double bed, built in wardrobes, full bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.
Bedroom 3
Features a sofabed that can be switched out to a comfortable and spacious double bed, with built in wardrobes. The third bathroom with shower is in the hallway in front of this bedroom.
If you wish to accommodate more than six adults there is an additional room within the property that can be used. This room is simple, and only provides beds. The main house or the outdoor Chill out area will have to be used for all other necessities.
Large and tasteful custom-built kitchen with Kitchen Island, Induction cooktop. Built in quality appliances from Siemens and LG and a private wine cabinet. Ceiling lighting with dimmer. American fridge with built-in water purifier. Lots of cupboard and counter space in the kitchen which offers a conducive environment for cooking!
Living room equipped with 55 inch LG 4K Smart TV, amplifier with loudspeakers and audio cable to plug into portable equipment, as well as Wifi. Moreover, the residence is equipped with a video intercom.
The Dining room has capacity for 12 people with a gorgeous glass dome ceiling, which adds a special touch to the dining room and makes an ideal location to enjoy the starry sky at night.
The Outdoor Chill out area is fully equipped with a bar, outdoor kitchen, with gas appliances, refrigerator, toilet and shower. There is also a laundry area. The Chill out is ly decorated in Ibiza style to provide guests with a cool and relaxing aura of absolute ease.
The property offers many havens around the plot, it has different terraces where one can experience peace and tranquillity.
Altea is considered to be one of the most classic areas with the best climate on the Costa Blanca. The property is a short distance from the beach, downtown and amenities such as grocery stores, bank, post office, doctor, and restaurants can be found nearby.
