We have rented our 7 condos at Atlantic Terrace Pompano Beach for 15 years now and have provided excellent service to our renters. We have had many happy and many return guests!
We have our own condo manger and a maintenance staff available for any issue that may occur during your stay.
This ON THE BEACH 400 sq. ft. STUDIO CONDO has many reasons why renters keep coming back! A Very clean,well kept, more private kind of place! The condo itself is a beachy feel & has just about everything you need for a spectacular stay! There is a queen size Very nice high grade memory foam mattress on the murphy bed & a full size futon/couch bed with nice linens!
Sit & enjoy your coffee in the morning while sitting at the kitchen table, looking out of the large picture window at the beautiful ocean!
Your parking space is right in front of the building, right by the elevator and most importantly, the pictures of this condo are exactly as the way it looks! We take the utmost pride in offering you the nicest, & cleanest condo for your stay!
There is a 42' flat screen, nice size closet, large shower, full kitchen, beach towels, coffee pot, blender, toaster, many cooking items, hair dryer, & iron/board & much more! Beach chairs are available in the luggage closet for all guests to use.
Many of our guests are return renters, because they love it here! We hope you stay with us, because we know if you do, you will want to come back again & again!!
If you have never stayed here yet, you are missing out on a great place! This unit is approx 400 sq ft.
*We are sorry, but we do not accept pets. All units are non smoking. There are no additional parking spaces available for visitors. Each condo only has 1 parking space in front of building. The complex does not allow parties or large gatherings due to limited space & for the comfort of all guests. The pool & our private beach area are for our guests only.
