Description
Our apartment is placed on 1st floor, with a large open sea-view terrace where You can take a rest ,enjoy the sun on our swimming pool or have a glass of wine in peace. :)
It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and 1 single sofa (90X200cm ) for 1 person sleeping, bathroom with a shower, living room with a sofa ( 140x190cm )for 2 adults sleeping, kitchen and sea view balcony.
Kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, cutlery, refrigerator, stove and coffee maker. In the apartment you also have TV SAT, air conditioning (living room), internet access free of charge, changing linen and towels. Bathroom is with shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
Apartment also has a charming little terrace with sea and garden view equipped with table and chairs.
Private parking is in front of the house.
A 34m2 pool is also at disposal
A place where you will enjoy whether you are here by work or on vacation.
The house is located in a peacefull neighbourhood and you can easily reach it by car. To get to the Cavtat center you need 15 minutes of relaxing walk along the sea coast. The nearest beach is about 4 minutes walking from the house and there are also some fine restaurants and bars to relax.

“Beautiful apartments, very professionally run”
We have just returned from Cavtat, we stayed there for 14 nights in the Epidaurus 2 apartment. We chose for Andrusko to pick us up at the airport. It was all so smooth and when he picked us up he gave us a brief tour of the area and what was in the area plus he then offered to take us to the nearby decent supermarket. This one is not walkable so we took up is offer and picked up all of the bulky stuff, what a treat. We later realised that all of Andrusko and his family are lovely people, so welcoming. The apartment and the grounds including the pool are lovely and exceptionally well kept, nothing is out of place on a daily basis but you can easily relax, it will take you about 30 seconds after arrival. The view from the apartments and the pool area is stunning, plus you get a sunset every evening, it looked beautiful on all 14 nights. The apartment is excellent and very well equipped, everything that you could need is in there. I must mention (and I am very fussy) this is probably the most spotless place I have stayed in, including many five star hotels. Apparently two ladies clean the apartments and I asked Marina (Andruskos wife) to personally thank the two of them on our behalf. The apartment is in a great location and everything easily accessible. There is a small shop just to the road, great bread and the daily stuff you might need. Added bonus is that it is joined into a lovely little bar so you can get your shopping and then sit outside with a beer or two, just as we spontaneously did one evening!!! Cavtat is stunning, unspoilt, no British type bars or shops, amazing restaurants, people that want you to be there and from what we saw the visitors were from all over the world. “Lovely apartment”
We had a wonderful week here and everything was perfect from being picked up at the airport and shown the lovely town of Cavtat to arriving at this lovely spacious and very clean and comfortable apartment. Views from the balcony were amazing and walking up the hill at the end of the day to be able to cool down in the lovely pool was just perfect. The owners are so friendly and helpful if you need anything and it was just a lovely place to stay. Thank you.
