Venture into a piece of Greece, known mostly to the locals, completely undiscovered and untouched by tourism ,and lose yourself in a world of breathtaking raw natural beauty.
the property:
This beautiful villa is a famous Greek architect's own 200m2 house set on a plot of 3000m2 on a hill . It consists of the ground floor, which follows the gentle slope of the site and only one bedroom is on the first floor. It overlooks the gulf of Evia and as far as the sea/sunrise view is concerned, the pics speak for themselves. It is comparable to the best that the country can offer, and it is so mesmerizing that it is difficult to leave the terraces of the house. As far as quietness goes, this is the kingdom of peacefulness. Here, one hears literally nothing, besides the sounds of nature. Because of that, 100% serenity and relaxation is secured, making this residence the ideal destination for any traveler who is looking for the restful/romantic getaway.
Meet and greet:
Upon arrival , besides been explained the house, you will be taken by the owner on an extensive, in-depth familiarization tour of the surrounding area, the beaches, restaurants, the village of Theologos and everything worth seeing and experiencing will be pointed out! Also, info and recommendations on how to visit places of interest will be provided.

Sea / Beach distance: There are a lot of beaches nearby i.e. 5' by car and 15' on foot.
At approximately 200m, the hill meets the sea in a multiplicity of small beaches. Moreover, the village of Theologos beach as well as two more, beautiful sandy beaches, with taverns serving delicious food, can be reached by car within 5 min.

Response from the owner Very nice people, warm and friendly. It would be good if they could be more watchful over the children, which were a bit noisy (some of our neighbours complained) and they left their fingerprints on all covers and furniture, (had to spend 3 days cleaning the house afterwards!). A few broken items (a picture and a pool umbrella) but overall no major disasters.
