Located in the exclusive residential area of San Francisco Beach, this brand new villa is within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants, beach bar and water sports. Because Chango Villa is located on the leeward side of the island, the water is calm and safe for young children to swim. It is also ideal for those who might like to snorkel right in front of the house, or walk for miles on the beautiful white sandy beach.

Chango Villa is just a short boat ride away from all the famous reefs of Cozumel. Arrangements can easily be made for Divers and Snorkelers to be picked up by boat on the beach or at a nearby dock.

Getting around

A car is not needed as taxi vans or regular taxis can transport guests around the island easily. However, if you plan on going to the city more than 3-4 times during your trip, a car rental will become more economical. Cars can easily be dropped off at the villa on a daily or weekly basis.

Interaction with guest

The owner will contact guests once payment has been received by Tripadvisor. Chango Villa also has a concierge partner who can help plan events, stock the house with food, and make reservations for excursions/car rental/restaurants. The owner will contact guest directly if they would like the chef/meal service option or rentals made available at the villa (kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, snorkel equipment).

How do damage deposits work?

If Alicia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
