Description
Orient Villas are a complex of Villas scattered around Volimes wider area. Orient Villas Traditional has a size of 110sqm & is located on a wonderful hill up the picturesque village of Volimes. Traditionally designed in Zakynthian stone architecture, the villas enjoy panoramic views to the Ionian Sea.
The villa offers 3 bedrooms (all with 1 double bed each), 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower & the other with a bathtub) and a private pool with sun beds and umbrellas for unlimited relaxation under the Greek sun. The property is air conditioned and is equipped with a sitting and dining area. Although built in traditional style, the villas are fully equipped with all modern amenities like a fully equipped kitchen (with all necessary cutlery, kitchenware, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and a coffee machine), luxury linen (towels and bed linen, which are changed every 2 days).
An outdoors BBQ, safe deposit box, Wi-Fi internet access and private parking area, along with a terrace & balconies with amazing Ionian sea views are also included
For our guests there is a daily cleaning for both the house and the pool, in order to keep the water PH level correct and guarantee that it always remains crystal clear.
*This type can comfortably sleep up to 8 people, as the 2 extra people can either be accommodated at the sofa bed in the living room or in 2 extra folding beds that can be added in the same area (upon prior notification & arrangement).
