It provides the cooling system for hot summer days and nights. There are 3 heads (units.) There is a unit in the living/ dining area, one in the first-floor primary bedroom and one in the main bedroom upstairs. It’s best to set and forget! This cozy, comfortable home boasts a spacious first floor living dining area. Newly renovated kitchen with brand - new appliances. Also includes a new laundry room on main floor and a new powder room for your convenience. Be among the first to enjoy this amazing new space to pour a coffee or prepare a meal. On the main floor you will find a primary bedroom with a queen size bed and an ensuite with a shower.
