Modular house into 2 apartments. The two upper floors for maximum of 9 people. Commendable in full for 13 guests. Located in a panoramic position overlooking the sea and the citadel. Elegant furnishing. Ideally located, quiet, above ground pool 4,70x9,20mx1,30, pool bar only for guests, beach chairs, umbrella, hammock. Large shady park with lounge areas for personal musings. Sandy beach, rocks and pebbles close. carefully decorated and personalized according to the colors of the surrounding nature. 3 golf courses reachable in 15 minutes drive with stunning views over the bay of Navarino. 4 dogs live in the property in a special shady fence of 500m2. The cats are free. appetizers organisation and also on request we carry out errands for the day of arrival. Rates are for up to 9 people. They may be decreasing according to the period. The ground floor is intended for family or group of 4 people in separate rental. bed sheets and towels changed 1 time every 7 nights. If you need more often it is possible to rent. Electricity package of 2kWh per person and per day included
