A cozy vacation house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 8. If you’re visiting Canada’s capital and want to stay in a convenient yet quiet location, stop looking.

About the house:

The house has 2 levels: the upstairs has one bedroom (with queen bed and large TV), one bathroom and laundry room, office and reading corner. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with 2 twin beds and two bedrooms with queen beds). All mattresses are high-end and brand new. Open living room with a gas fireplace, L-shape big sofa and smart TV on the wall for elegant entertaining.

The house comes with all amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, stove and microwave oven; each bathroom has a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, body wash and so on.

High Speed Internet WIFI with over 30 TV channels.

3 outdoor parking spots available.

The home is located close to the Ottawa River. It is absolutely stunning in the autumn, surrounded by three acres of maple forest, and the Camelot Golf & Country Club is nearby. You’ll be 6 minutes away from Petrie Island Park, 7 minutes from Place D’Orleans (Ottawa’s premier shopping destination with 180 stores), and 6 minutes from Innes Road (grocery, wine store, banks, etc.)

You are only 15 minutes from the University of Ottawa and 20 minutes to downtown Ottawa, Parliament, museums and the Rideau Centre.

This unit is the upper level of the house. There is a lower basement level. There could be guest. There is a craw space between upper unit A and lower unit B with insulation materials. Normal talking or TV won't bother the unit B guest. But jumping around or loud music will do. That's why party is restricted.
