Description

Maison Ardéchoise typique en pierre dans un magnifique petit village de caractère élu plus beau village d' Ardèche. Equipée avec mobilier de charme et ancien, cuisine avec piano de chef en inox et four extra large, literie de qualité. Une salle de bain avec baignoire et wc et une seconde avec cabine de douche avec jet de massage et un wc indépendant. Le gîte se situe au coeur du village sur la place de la mairie et de l'église romane du 12eme siècle. Sur cette place vous pourrez apprécier les estrades et bancs en pierres ensoleillés avec vue sur la vallée et jouer à la pétanque. Toutes les rues du village sont piétonnes, ce qui le rend paisible et calme. Un jardin communale ensoleillé se trouve à 10m du gite pour pouvoir manger dehors, mettre les transats et se divertir ou jouer avec les enfants, une vue imprenable et magnifique sur la vallée et le vignoble de Naves vous offrira un merveilleux spectacle!

Chaises longues à disposition pour profiter du soleil sur les estrades de la place. En période hivernale, un poêle à bois Invicta en fonte de 12kw à double combustion chauffe toute la maison efficacement. Une réserve de bois sec comprise dans le tarif de la location pour votre séjour.

Le gite n'est pas adapté aux très jeunes enfants et des personnes à mobilité réduite à causes des deux escaliers non sécurisés, du poêle à bois et de son conduit de cheminée non sécurisé, de la baignoire et wc sur estrade avec des marches.
