We couldn’t wait any longer to reveal this newest addition to our program – Beach Manor 309. The Owner is currently undergoing many updates and changes to the unit and we couldn’t be more excited! You’ll never need to use the elevator: park on the upper floor of the private, secured parking garage and walk right onto the 3rd floor of Beach Manor. This unit is going through a major upgrade with new décor, artwork, doorknobs and finishings, and flatscreen HD TVs throughout. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to whip up some great, delicious meals for your family. A new dining table is even on its way! We’re looking forward to how this Owner will declutter and modernize this unit into something that will make your stay at the beach unforgettable! The master bedroom features its own private balcony and view of our gorgeous, emerald green Gulf, a brand new king size bed, and private bathroom with double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of closet space, and is directly beside the guest bathroom. There is also a full sofa sleeper in the living room to give plenty of comfortable bedding for 6! All upgrades and changes to the unit will be completed by April, and we can’t wait for you to see it!

Relax, grill, and play poolside or step down to the beach and see the soft, sugar-white sands that the Emerald Coast is so famous for. If you need your exercise fix – feel free to use the fitness center on the ground floor, take a walk, or adventurous bike ride on the trails throughout the nature preserve and resort.
