Piscina 8 x 4 con gazebo. La casa è stata ristrutturata ed è suddivisa in 2 appartamenti. Composto, entrambi con soggiorno, cucina, tre camere matrimoniali, due bagni. Piano terra con barbecue, weber, camino, tavolo con 12 sedie. Primo piano, terrazzo con tavolo, 8 sedie, barbecue, stupenda vista. E' situata di fronte a 3 laghi e gode di un panorama sulle c ampagne angolane e di una maestosa montagna Majella. Per ulteriori posti letti vedi "I Tre Laghi - Sant'Andrea" codice 9517343, una casa adiacente alla casa principale, posti letti 10. Si è circondati dal verde e da alberi da frutto all'interno del giardino. Prezzi SCONTATISSIMO MESI INVERNALI (escluso festivi). Riscaldamento/climatizzatore da pagare a consumo. Deposito cauzionale di Euro 200 da pagare all'arrivo e verrà rimborsata il giorno di partenza, assenza danni. Response from the owner Magnifico di aver avuto come ospiti un gruppo di 13 persone molto unite e gioviali. La vostra permanenza e stata anche un nostro piacere. Vi abbiamo consigliato la spiaggia di Pineto, una delle quali molto attrezzata e pulita, rinomata per la sua pineta, ma la spiaggia più vicina quella di Montesilvano dista solo 15 minuti anch'essa molto organizzata. Speriamo di potervi ospitare in futuro.

Nei giorni 29-30 Giugno e 1 Luglio nel parcheggio Pizzeria Italia Bivio Miano, si svolgerà la prima sagra degli arrosticini di Villa Celiera, con musica dal vivo ....... December for the first time had temperatures more like September month, therefore a great advantage to spend outdoors. Good news is that since your stay we have now finished the terrace on the first floor which is now fully functional with garden table, chairs and barbecue and for the summer heat, we have installed an awning. We so look forward to welcoming you back in our home.
