La “Dimora Grazia” è un antico palazzetto risalente al 1800, situato nel centro storico di Pizzo, di recentissima ristrutturazione che dispone di tre appartamenti con tutti i comforts e un arredo dal design moderno che si coniuga piacevolmente con la struttura. Collocata in una posizione strategica a 300 metri dal castello aragonese “Murat” e dalla Piazza della Repubblica, salotto cittadino con splendida terrazza sul mare, “u spuntuni” dove è possibile gustare nelle numerose gelaterie il celebre gelato denominato “IL TARTUFO DI PIZZO” per la sua forma.

L’Appartamento”del mare” è un comodo e confortevole trilocale con un'ampia e luminosa zona cucina/ living e due accoglienti camere da letto matrimoniali, 2 bagni, TV SAT. Un divano letto situato nel living amplia la capacità recettiva. Uno spazioso terrazzo completa l'appartamento con panorama sul golfo di Santa Eufemia, i suoi magnifici tramonti e la vista del vulcano Stromboli.

Response from the owner Siamo molto spiacenti che la signora Elisabetta sia rimasta delusa del soggiorno, nonostante le attenzioni che le abbiamo dedicato, tuttavia la sua recensione, che mortifica l'impegno, la dedizione e la nostra professionalità è meritevole di una puntuale risposta a tutte le lagnanze. Nonostante non siamo un B&B ci siamo premurati di far trovare agli ospiti tutto il necessario per la prima colazione (latte, caffè, confetture, biscotti, the, ecc). Le stanze hanno le dimensioni previste dalle norme igienico sanitarie delle strutture ricettive, così come gli scuri sono interni perché lo prevede il regolamento edilizio comunale. La signora è venuta in coppia e con una persona single e ha potuto usufruire di un letto matrimoniale standard e la signora single di un letto ad una piazza e mezza. Relativamente alla privacy è assolutamente compatibile col fatto che trattasi di casa in centro storico e come in tutti i centri storici le case sono vicine le une alle altre, come d'altronde si evince dalle foto pubblicate sul sito. La sicurezza è assicurata da un efficiente sistema di videosorveglianza di tutta la zona. La stessa signora ammette che la vista mare è quella della foto 14 confermando che noi pubblichiamo solo cose vere e non fotomontaggi. La signora Elisabetta era stata edotta del fatto che la struttura non fosse dotata di wifi, come scritto nel sito, non è colpa nostra se il suo gestore telefonico non ha, in quella zona, sufficiente copertura. La cucina è dotata delle più moderne tecnologie. Per sicurezza dei nostri ospiti è stato installato un piano ad induzione che la signora non ha saputo usare nonostante le istruzioni ricevute. Nessun altro ospite si è mai lamentato del mancato funzionamento del piano. Il costo del soggiorno è in linea con quello delle altre strutture della zona, se non più basso, se si considera che la struttura è nuovissima di qualche mese e arredata anche con pezzi di design. Infine ci spiace segnalare che la signora ha lasciato la casa in disordine avendo spostato anche i mobili come se si trattasse di casa sua.
