Description

Brand new luxury apartment which boasts 2 generous double sized bedrooms with a sleeping capacity of 5 persons.

The apartment has high speed broadband and is fully air-conditioned is which controlled by a coin meter operated system accepting €1 and €2 coins - however a credit is applied for your stay during the Middle, High and Peak Season's which should be sufficient providing sensible consumption is applied.

Living Room/Kitchen- with south facing Balcony

The open plan living room and kitchen includes a 3D TV with a firestick , dining table which seats 6 persons, a large corner leather sofa and a fully fitted kitchen- with additional actifryer, george foreman, breville maker, toaster, kettle etc. A safe deposit box is complimentary throughout your stay and for some real family fun a selection of board games are at your disposal. A spacious balcony runs the full length of the living room and has a table with 2 chairs and 2 sun loungers. This balcony is south facing and enjoys the sun the majority of the day - which is great for topping up your tan without going too far.

Shower room

Situated off the living room/kitchen , the shower room consists of a large walk in shower, W/C and sink with a cabinet.

Master bedroom with en suite bathroom

The master bedroom has double bed , dressing table and chair, large smart TV with firestick , large double wardrobe , large travel cot, with french doors leading out to the court yard. The master bedroom also comes with its own en suite bathroom-with bath/shower, W/C , sink and cabinet.

Court Yard

The second outdoor space is the courtyard which leads directly from the maser bedroom. This area has a bistro table and chairs which is perfect for Alfresco style dining or just a midnight sit out looking at the stars. This is also a great area to store your suitcases and other items as well as being a perfect area for drying clothes etc.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom has two large single beds, one of which either converts into a double or allows you to create another single, so three single bed's in total . The room has a three door wardrobe allowing three guests to have their own drawers, baskets and rail ,with a shared chest of draws. This room is fitted with a smaller TV/DVD combo with fire stick

The apartment is situated on the first floor within a new clean secure residential complex consisting of 16 apartments and is serviced by a lift.
