Piscina 8 x 4 con gazebo 6 x 4. L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato, molto luminoso. Composto da soggiorno, cucina, tre camere da letto, due bagni. E' situato di fronte a 3 laghi con un panorama sulle campagne angolane e di una maestosa montagna Majella. Si è circondati dal verde e da alberi da frutto all'interno del giardino. La casa gode di un bellissimo terrazzo con tavolo, otto sedie, barbecue e tende da sole. Prezzi SCONTATISSIMO MESI INVERNALI (escluso festivi). Riscaldamento / climatizzatore da pagare a consumo. Deposito cauzionale di Euro 150 da pagare all'arrivo e verrà rimborsata il giorno di partenza, assenza danni. Per capodanno 30 Dicembre - 1 Gennaio, deposito cauzionale di Euro 400 da pagare all'arrivo.
