La Terrazza boasts a central yet idyllic historic between Caldaro village, Caldaro and Mendola. Dolce vita at Aperitivo - just like that - or one of the many events in Caldaro historic town center, soak up the sun at Lake Caldaro, hiking and biking tours directly from the house ... The apartments are from 2-4 persons, with / without balcony, a 3-storey house (no lift). Quiet and cool, overlooking the garden at the back of the house, or busy with views of the Dolomites and the village center of Caldaro. Two families meet on our panoramic terrace overlooking the World Heritage Dolomites, Rosengarten, Seiser Alm, Schlern ... a friendly atmosphere among friends ...

Accordingly, I will make our welcome conversation and give valuable advice. La Terrazza is an a familiar mode - of course we respect your desire for "togetherness". Pets welcome.

“Schönes Appartement”

Das Appartement war sehr schön. On wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Kaltern Dorf. Die Vermietetin ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
