The apartment and 'the first floor of a stately building surrounded by a large well kept garden with a large swimming pool which also has a children's area. It is in a good location, away from traffic and noise, but close to the center of Forio, rich in history and ancient churches, and all 'wide beach of Chaia, the tourist port and the hydrofoil dock, restaurants and bars , the bus stop.
