Description

Due to COVID 19 we have had to change the way we do things and we would ask you to bring your own bedding and towels.

None will be provided.

Exquisitely sited 2016 luxury caravan for hire on Skipsea Sands.

Experience a relaxing and stress-free holiday home that is well equipped so everyone is free to enjoy every moment of their time away.

Gaze out over the sea view and stunning countryside whilst you enjoy a glass of wine on the south facing veranda.

Situated on a corner plot, with little passing traffic and ample parking. A five minute walk to all site facilities, shops and entertainment.

This 8 berth caravan comes complete with full gas central heating and double glazing. A double and two twin bedrooms.

Bedding is included and beds are made for your arrival so all you need to do is put the kettle on and relax.

The open plan, generous seating area has L shaped built in sofas, housing a double pull out bed and a feature gas fire. For your in caravan entertainment, there is a 32" TV with USB sockets and all Freeview channels plus a DVD player.

There is also a selection of games, books and toys to keep the children entertained.

The kitchen features a fridge and freezer, cooker with separate grill and seating for the whole family to enjoy a meal.

All the essential crockery and utensils are provided as well as a complete set of children’s plates’ bowls, cutlery and beakers.

A cot bed can be provided on request for a small fee.

The family shower room features a shower enclosure with thermostatically controlled shower.

There is also a separate toilet with basin.

Price does not included Entertainment Passes, these can be purchased from Reception, per holiday home (not per person)

Skipsea Sands Holiday Park boasts a fantastic day and evening entertainment programme. It has an indoor heated swimming pool, ten pin bowling, arcades, shop, laundrette and a beautiful beach. Beach access is a short walk away.

“Modern, roomy, comfy and spotless caravan”

An enjoyable stay at this caravan which is in a quiet location on the edge of skipsea sands caravan park. Spotless and comfortable with everything you will need for a family holiday. There is nice furniture on the new decking and it is just as the description, we would love to stay there again.

Lovely caravan well located on the site in a quiet spot with a view of the sea. Caravan site had a nice pool small shop and a very nice fish n chip shop

“Fantastic travel experience”

Couldn't have asked for more. The owner was a pleasure to do business with, very helpful in fitting in with our dates. Enjoyed a 2 week stay in a beautiful mobile home. It is very well situated on Southfield with a sea view from the veranda. All the facilities are within easy walking distance and Bridlington, Hornsea and Driffield just a short drive by car. Would strongly recommend a stay in this delightful park home.
