l'appartamento è posto al piano terra di una piccola palazzina spazioso e luminoso con ingresso indipendente e piccolo cortile privato.
Possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone essendo presente un'ampia camera da letto ed un comodo divano letto a due posti. Il bagno è dotato di doccia. C'è un angolo cottura e, nel grande soggiorno, è presente anche un camino.
È possibile parcheggiare l'automobile in prossimità dell'appartamento in zone pubbliche.
L'appartamento sorge in un quartiere comodo e discreto. il mare e la spiaggia si raggiugono in circa due minuti a piedi.
Cinema, piscina, palestra, ristoranti e locali della movida pescarese sono facilmente raggiungibili. Sono inoltre disponibili convenzioni e/o ingressi omaggio per le citate strutture.
L'appartamento è adiacente alla "Strada Parco", una strada ciclo pedonale che collega Montesilvano al centro di Pescara.
In pochi minuti si può raggiungere la bella pineta (riserva naturale Santa Filomena) sita a ridosso del mare dove é possibile rilassarsi e fare delle passeggiate nonché attività sportive all'aperto.
Un ipermercato dista tre minuti a piedi dall'appartamento, così come la fermata dei mezzi pubblici.
L'appartamento è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici che garantiscono il collegamento con la stazione ferroviaria e l'aeroporto d'Abruzzo.
Il collegamento da e per l'aeroporto è effettuato dal bus numero 38. le altre linee ed i rispettivi orari sono disponibili sul sito della gtmpescara.
Su richiesta possiamo fornire itinerari per escursioni in collina e montagna con utili consigli su dove mangiare e su cosa visitare.
Anche per la spiaggia abbiamo delle ottime convenzioni così come per dei corsi di vela ed ingressi in piscina, palestra ed altre attività di fitness.
In circa 15 è inoltre possibile raggiungere il Città Sant'Angelo Outlet Village ed altri centri commerciali.
