Stylish house in Secession style located in prestigious area in the downtown of Sofia in 5 min walking distance to all main attractions. It has a lovely garden and back yard where you can enjoy your morning's and evening's.
The apartment will welcome you with a refined and elegant comfort. The apartment Is 150 sq.m. on the ground floor of the house. It's located in the center of the city of Sofia with one fully furnished custom bedroom with cozy courtyard and custom living room with cabel TV, high speed internet, fireplace, four leather armchairs, leather couch and antique table. The bathroom is tiled fresh and has a shower, wash basin and a cupboard with mirror. Clean bed sheets and towels will be provided at your arrival. The house is very close to "Dondukov" and "G. S. Rakovski" boulevards and it is 5 min away from "Alexander Nevski" church, Presidency and National Assembly.
