Description

Welcome to this beautiful chalet, with private pool, where 6 guests find their place at only 1.2 km from Cala Pi beach.

The exteriors are very beautiful. In front of the construction, with an ibizan air, you have a wonderful chlorine private pool, 8 x 4 m and 0.6 to 1.8 m depth. Next to it, there is a space where to enjoy the sun on the 9 sun loungers or a drink, as well as a furnished porch. Then, a terrace invites you to have breakfast or make barbecues in the fresh air.

Inside the house, there is a lovely living-dining room with satellite television, air conditioning and wooden stove. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob. Both stays have access to the outside. As well as that, you have three dormitories with A/C, of which two of them feature a double bed, the other two single beds. Moreover, two of the bedrooms also have wardrobe and one of these even boasts an ensuite shower bathroom. Even so, there is also a second shower bathroom that services the entire house. A cot, a high chair as well as a radiator are also available. The laundry room has washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The chalet is situated at the urbanisation of Cala Pi. Its white fine sand and crystal-clear waters beach has easy access. Moreover, in its surroundings there are other amazing coves and beaches such as Es Trenc or Sa Ràpita.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

This wonderful chalet in Cala Pi, close to the sea, welcomes 6 people.

The well-kept exteriors feature the private, 8 x 4 m chlorine pool, a furnished porch and a spacious terrace with BBQ. The pool has a depth ranging from 0.9 m to 1.6 m and is surrounded by a paved area with sun loungers and a sofa with sun umbrella to read outside, while the children are swimming in the pool.

This house offers accommodation on 150 m2 and one floor. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all air conditioned and two shower bathrooms. One bedroom offers a safe. We can supply a cot and a high chair in case you need them.

There is a bright sitting-dining room with A/C, fireplace and satellite-TV. The kitchen with gas stove has everything you may need to cook up a feast. Furthermore, there is a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board.

This lovely chalet, located in Cala Pi, is just perfect for those seeking relax and tranquillity. The beach of Cala Pi nestles between two rocks and is accessible through a staircase. In the centre you will find a supermarket, cafés and restaurants. In Llucmajor you can visit the Talayot de Capocorb, remains of a prehistoric village. By car you can go to Es Trenc, Sa Rapita, Cala S'Almonia and Cala Mondragó, nice sand beaches.

A visit of the capital Palma de Mallorca with the cathedral La Seu is highly recommendable. This cosmopolitan city is a blend between modernity and history; and you will find modern shops next door to antique monuments. In the old town with its cobbled streets and picturesque squares you can soak in culture.
